I decided to treat myself to a more luxurious and expensive chair all under the validation of 'its better for my back'.

This chair came in a huge and heavy box (28Kg) that I couldn't carry myself (so make sure you have someone to help you move it if needed). It was very well packed with good protection for what was inside.

I managed to (mostly) build this by myself, as such it was a lot easier to put together than I was expecting, though it also took longer than I expected.

The parts are fairly heavy when assembling which can make it awkward, though this also shows the quality of the chair parts that justifies the price.

I find the adjustable lumbar support (the main reason I choose this over the Ninja) works well though it will be a time before I find the sweet spot. The neck pillow for me just makes my head tilt and look down uncomfortably though that is easily remedied by not using it! Shame as if feels really plush and soft.

The wheels glide smoothly on a non-carpet floor, yet not to the point where I feel the chair could easily be sent rolling across the floor with the slightest push, resulting on me sitting on the floor instead.

Been using for a month now, very comfy and supportive chair. Large size if ok for 5’ 10” but works better with a foot rest.

After spending years on uncomfortable chairs I decided to finally splurge out on this. I should have done it sooner! With the money I'd spent on poor chairs over the years i could have just got this and been happy and comfy! Fantastic chair with loads of adjustment in it so you can sit comfortably at whatever desk you have in your setup. Highly recommended

I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 240 pounds, and a lot of chairs don't have enough room for me to sit comfortably all day long, but this one fits the bill perfectly. The seat cushion is very wide, so I don't feel crowded when I sit in it, and my legs also feel supported. This makes me very satisfied.

I've been sitting on this chair for 2 days now. It is very comfortable. I have not yet fully adjusted it to my personal tastes as it takes time to to work out where the minor tweaks are necessary . I'm in no doubt, once fully adjusted, it will be a great chair.
Feedback on the instructions. It is not at all obvious which way round the "Tilt Mechanism" (M in my instructions) should be installed. i.e. which bit should face forward. I only discovered this when I sat on the chair for the first time and promptly kicked the casters as they stuck out from the chair. I had to dis-assenble the chair, switch the tilt mechanism 180 degrees and then re-assemble. This could have been avoided with clearer and more obvious instructions.
Second point about assembly. Item B the 4 x cushion gaskets are very fiddly and awkward to install. Would it be possible for them to be permanently attached during production . After all, my plan b to deal with them was to use a drop of superglue to hold them in position during assembly. ;-)
